★★★★★ Tour was longer than I was expecting, but covered a lot. Very interesting commentary from our tour guide, and he kept us informed of each step. Steps up the dome are worth it but not for the faint-hearted.

★★★★★ A great time seeing such an impressive structure. I was more than happy with the basic entry as the views of the center were easily seen from both sides and one end as we moved towards the exit. To do the Colosseum, Palintine Hill and the Forum in a day would be taxing. We opted not to go down to the Forum as the heat and humidity made the day long. The climb of Palintine Hill was worth the views and experience, and made a great day out.

★★★★★ Tickets were easy to order and pull up when it was time to check in

★★☆☆☆ Awful service, sends you to the wrong location for the tickets you purchased and then refuse to give you a refund. Their customer service does not understand anything you explain to them and just tells you they can't help and that the matter is closed. 0 stars would've been given, but that was not an option. Tibet ruined our family vacation.

★★☆☆☆ Misleading, sells with specific date as it is an entry ticket but instead just a recorded voice guide, reason is, so it can meet EU regulations, so you can't cancel the ticket. We understood that the ticket is not addition and tried immediately to cancel but the greedy tiqets did not refund although is was 10 minutes after order and tickets were not used. Canceling or refund is impossible due to policy. Tickets more expensive than official tickets 20 euros. Not recommend. Greed and deception. Scam
