I had ordered a kid watch on 10th Jan 25, it was a birthday gift, when it was delivered within 10 minutes I requested for return as the kid did not like it, the watch has not been picked up till date, I have called customer care 3 times, they say it will be picked up within 7 days which has not been picked up till today, 5th Feb, very bad app, never purchase from this app, other apps will give you the same watch at a lower rate and with better service.
