★★★★★ Good for Booking tickets, but customer service is very worst they are not picking the call I was trying for 3 days it is very irritating. I called for my money refund on 12-10-2024 I booked tickets, but the ticket is not booked and my is debited from account I called customer service very next day after several times they picked and told, by three it will be refunded but still not yet. Today 17-10-2024 I was trying to reach customer service but not picked up always busy at the moment.

★★☆☆☆ Worst ever website, worst ever service, worst customer care. Website is insane, until payment it will be fine later that you can't find the ticket nor success status. I booked the ticket twice and lost both transactions. Customer care person is very cool telling we will not refund you why did you use the website!? Don't get fooled using this website or app. Pathetic service
