This app is pretty functional when the servers are up. Easy to browse wait times, buy tickets, handle the DPA/fast pass/standby systems, and navigate the park. It's just frustrating that the servers for the park go down fairly often. We had a 2-hour outage that prevented any mobile orders or pass bookings. If you know Fantasy Springs, you know how devastating an outage like that is! We missed out on a Frozen standby pass due to this! The servers need better maintenance or downtime protection.

First of all, I'd like to clarify two things. 1. tokyo disney resort is NOT run by disney, unlike all other disney parks, and is instead run by oriental land co. which is a japanese company, so blame then if you have anything to say. 2. Despite the app currently being at 2.2 stars currently, the resort itself is at 4.6 stars, with many of those people using this same app. This resort is considered to be the second best in the world behind Disney World. I've never had problems with the app.

The app is terrible and dysfunctional. Web purchase of tickets is a disgrace. Disney has hit new lows, A Billion-Dollar company can't produce a top quality app, someone needs sacking.

The map is terrible, keeps spinning when you zoom to different locations. How to get bearings like that.

You need to rely on this app when you're in the park, but it's buggy, has terrible UI, and crashes lots making it a very stressful experience. Not to mention it also drains battery - something you really don't want when you're at a Disney park all day. It takes forever to load and never updates as required when it finally loads. The UI doesn't let you check your schedule when you're trying to make a booking, you need to go back and forward which is slow, and you'll miss your opportunity. Horrible
