It's great when it works! I've had some strange errors where when I go to start an order the app closes itself. I like the mobile option, but it's annoying when the shops mess up the order despite it being written out on the ticket. For example; I order Nikki dressing- and now twice (two different locations) have received a peanut sauce (which I cannot consume due to allergies) Update 1/4/24: adding in coupons causes a basket validation error when ordering mobile

App is functional, but the font issues are crazy. Text is too small and not enough contrast with background to be seen/read easily. Also, button text should reflect an action you're taking... adding veggies to a bowl should not say "Add to basket" but rather "Add to bowl" or similar. Like I said, app is functional, but it clearly wasn't evaluated from a user experience perspective... easy fixes - make them!

This app uses an orange font that is difficult to see. When trying to order a past order, the app hangs and must be restarted. I love Tokyo Joe's, but not their app.

I can order everything but when come to payment it tells me that I don't have a valid account with you or my payment is not able to be processed. I am logged into my account, and you have verified my card. So not sure what the problem is?
