Tony Monero - Monero Miner (XMR) and Alt-coins

★★★★★ This is a great app, works well and non-stop meaning that even when your device is on standby, Tony Monero is mining. I'm using an Infinix Hot S. ;-)

★★☆☆☆ Miner stays on phone after uninstalling GUI? Installed on multiple devices to make an Android farm. After uninstalling on all of them, they weren't the same. The CPUs ran hot constantly and apps began force closing on all devices. I debugged them via ADB to monitor SOC parameters and sure enough, the CPU had bursts of processes that ran hot throughout the day. I'm attributing to a glitch in app, giving developers benefit of the doubt. I had to factory reset devices and on the ones I was running AOSP custom ROMs & kernels, I had to wipe system partition because the factory reset didn't solve. Afterwards, they all were back to normal. As of right now, I cannot recommend this app.
