This would have been 5 stars if we hadn't had to wait over an hour for the blue route trip, and also if the Ellis Island Ferry had actually completed the route as advertised and sailed under the 2 bridges. The ferry was included in the price of the bus tour ticket, but wasn't really that good. We simply sailed in front of the Statue of Liberty, not around it. Don't be ripped off by the crew to the tune of an extra 20 dollars just to sit outside on the deck, on uncomfortable seats.

Horrible Customer Service. Their salesman blatantly lie about bus arrival times and tour times. And they refuse to refund you. Never ever use this tour company.

My worst tourism experience ever. The onsite staff members were rude and disrespectful. I had to wait more than two hours for the bus, while outside temperature was below 10 oF. The electronic guide didn't work. Delays of the bus prevented me to take the liberty Cruise and other tours planned. There's no restroom for the customers. Furthermore, the nearest restaurant between 50 and 51 streets would not let you get in to use theirs, unless you purchase something that you probably don't want.
