★★★★★ I used this app in Kurdistan, iraq. The worst app and the worst customer support. Edit: Nah, changed my mind. They kept contacting me and confirming until the problem was solved :)

★★★★★ I don't know why the ratings are low. A few years ago a service like this was just a dream here and something though only available in more development countries. But now it's available, and it's good with alot of discounts and responsive customer support and nice delivery people. Only problem I have is I'll go fat and broke if I use it too much

★★☆☆☆ I have ordered butler pickup from sibon sarba/souk mosbeh... after 1 hours waiting I contacted the support, and they said there is a bit of delay. After more waiting time the driver called me and said that sibon closed’D I contacted them, and they told me they are open 24/7... and the best support ever canceled my order and said, and the reason was that sibon is closed.

★★☆☆☆ Mediocre customer service and toters fresh always missing/damaged/bad quality item

★★☆☆☆ This app is terrible. Rating it 1-star cause 0 isn't possible. The interface is very inconsistent. Customer support is laughable, and they always give excuses. Most of their drivers are horribly inexperienced, and there is only Toters to blame for not training their drivers to use their app properly, with most drivers putting "order on its way" the second they arrive to the restaurant, making tracking USELESS. DO NOT USE TOTERS. Call the restaurant directly.
