The app helps to plan your journey. Most of all, the tracker confirms a bus is on its way to the stop or simply informs you when the bus is scheduled to arrive. The app is just great and easy to use.

I find the Warrington bus app easy to use, gives you live updates of buses and where they are. Haven't had a problem so far that's why I've given 5 *. The only thing I do find annoying is the 17 cal lands run, went to m&s Gemini on Saturday no problem with the bus going on time, but the one coming back was over 45 mins late, no I get that it could have broke down, but I tracked it on the app until it got to asda at westbrook, then it disappeared and was heading back towards Warrington????

By far the worst bus operator in the north-west of England, and the app shows. Their router planner cannot be trusted, it always shows the longest routes while never even showing the best/shortest routes. The app must have been built by clowns!

Quite literally the development team have gone out of their way to make this a bad app. The route planner is truly awful, and it doesn't even show all available options. It almost never recommends the best route, it only shows connecting buses and walking even though there is a direct option which never shows up.
