It's a great app the positions available sometimes ask for talent that have required certifications to work the position. Like an unarmed security guard, or a standing forklift operator. I am new to the app and I have already been paid for an interview I was on my way to, it was cancelled, but they called and explained the issue and complicated me for my time. If Traba could search for Hospitality needs like Chef, Prep cook, Banquet Chef, Banquet Server, Bartender,Barback, Event Setup, landscaping.

It doesn't ever let you get a chance to work all jobs put you only on a waitlist. Then they don't even offer instant pay. They want to earn it smh. Most work apps are instant pay. But they want you to work 3 jobs in a row to get it smh. Like life isn't already hard enough been on it for a month now no job yet

I literally just had a situation where I couldn't join a shift, so I went to customer service to chat to see why, they said because I didn't speak English. Lol. But long story short, every one-star review you decide to read pretty much is gonna sum up your experience with Traba. I've been with them since the beginning of the year and believe me, I was lucky to get the 7 days that I actually did work. Definitely would not recommend depending on this app. Btw how's my English? 😉

It's terrible. Who idea was it to place training shifts in here? It's work, it's a shift. If you don't know what you doing in the app then u shouldn't be in it. Everyone doesn't need a damn training shift holding them up. Ridiculous. Everything needs to be outlined for these people now?
