We visited all the sites we had planned to, sightseeing a part of the world (Peru) we had only dreamt we would see. The connections between each of the cities were seamless with Trail finders people there at every step. Hotels and food were excellent and not one (6 of us) were ill at any time. That's two sightseeing holidays (Egypt and Peru) in one year with Trail finders, and we have the confidence to travel to any far-flung countries with them in the future.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday starting in Cape Town, SA where we were met by a Trail finders rep who drove us to our hotel. The hotel was amazing and was the start of a 23-day adventure exploring SA wine regions, the garden route and ending with the most amazing safari. The attention to detail with the planning by Ro at Canterbury branch was impeccable. We have literally been treated like royalty from start to finish. Everything was so personal. Loved it, thank you Trail finders 😊

Very poor with app as travel & hotel vouchers will not open on phone. I have spoken to team but not fixed. Very poor responses, the usual reinstall and try again. This is a permissions issue which Trail finders need to get a tech fix for.

I'm sorry to say but the trail finders app wasn't helpful when we needed help. No train tickets and the wrong contact number for travelling which couldn't be changed. It took 3 phones and 2 hours to sort tickets. I definitely have never experienced this from Trail finders in over 25 years of travelling with them. I went away to travel and not use my phone

My holiday itinerary was changed months before the trip and 2 flights a month before. No updates were made to the app and 4 incorrect items are still showing halfway through the holiday. It is pointless to use as a reference as it doesn't detail correct information.
