I use this app every time I travel by train. The app works very well send helps me keen updated on train running times and delays. Also like how it remembers the e-ticket I'm using when I need to check times, then switch back to the ticket and there it is.

Easy to use for checking times and booking tickets

Slowest app I've ever used, doesn't remember your railcard, you have to add it every time, doesn't keep you logged in either. Can't buy more than one ticket in a session, or it crashes. Basically the only reason I use it is to avoid the admin fees of train line, but it's a far worse user experience.

Good to see carriage info in the app. What makes this app unusable is the constant logging out that occurs. The app logs me out at the most inconvenient times. I usually now buy my GWR tickets in other apps as this has become a joke. Nearly got fined once by a ticket officer as the app logged me out randomly, and I had no Internet connection to try to log back in. Thankfully, I had downloaded the PDF tickets via email beforehand. Forget about buying tickets last minute too due to this.
