★★☆☆☆ Absolute scam, tickets on Train line, Edinburgh to Leicester 29 Nov 2024 departure 06:06 are 362 pounds when trying to change an existing ticket, or 175 pounds when checking for new tickets or 71 pounds directly from the cross-country website. Disgusting business practices, lecherous companies like this make UK train travel so expensive.

★★☆☆☆ I like the app because it's simple, and it finds good prices for tickets. However, I need to uninstall and install the app to be able to buy a ticket. If I don't do this, I get an error message just before I get to the payment page. As you can imagine, this is a very annoying experience. Please issue a fix for this bug - I have a Google Pixel 8.

★★☆☆☆ The app saved a different station under the name stockport causing me to incorrectly book the ticket and unable to get a full refund.

★★☆☆☆ Disgusting service all round. Downright greedy. Allowing too many staff members on annual leave to strike so there's more delays and cancellations. Oh and as for tickets, too expensive 🫰 pure greed. And I'm fed up, no sooner you buy a ticket the train is then cancelled, and I've wasted my money!! As for refunds well they have half the money, and also stop cancelling the trains last minute because of no staff! Give more notice, and show it hrs b4! Ridiculous, and pple Please use TRAIN PAL.
