This app is 100% unusable. It was once a great way to access parts and other information when on the go. It's now impossible to get past the login menu. It doesn't appear that there's any support for the app either.

UPDATE, AS OF 11.27.23 SAME GOES, TURNED IN A DAMAGE CLAIM ON APP, NO RESPONSE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, OMG WORST COMPANY EVER. INGERSOLL RAND SENT TRANE DOWN THE TOILET. THIS STINKING APP DOESN'T WORK MOST OF THE TIME. I HAVE TO DRIVE TO OFFICE TO BRING UP COMFORT SITE. GUESS WHAT Won't EXCEPT MY PASSWORD. NOW WASTING TIME WITH PASSWORD RESET. NOT WORKING EITHER. Another app which appears to be anticompetitive by preventing owners of Trane/RunTru products from getting parts schematics or part numbers without paying Trane their blood money by being an authorized dealer, which they have to pay for. Who owns the HVAC system I just purchased, me or Trane/RunTru? If I own it, why can't I have access to parts lists? This is contrary to Biden's executive order to the FTC to add "Right To Repair" regulations which would prevent this anticompetitive behavior.
