UPDATE Customer service responded pretty quickly, refunded me my time and helped find a solution for the error. Seems like it's something that happens a lot. You have to give special permission to record while the phone is locked. DO NOT RECOMMEND I recorded a meeting that was an hour and 38 minutes long through the app, paid to transcribe it, and it only has audio for the first 58 minutes.

Does not allow you to export text, pretty much useless as it also separates every sentence into its own thing. Honestly perplexed as to how exporting plain text options only yield the recording?

Transcribes up to 30 minutes free. If you want 45 minute transcribe doesn't work. You have to pay then it will not transcribe at all after paying??? Get a refund ASAP if you can or don't use this at all, useless.

I was interested in trying, but didn't want to buy time just to try. I like the idea of only buying the time that I need since I don't do very much transcription. If I had gotten an hour free to test the app out, then I would have considered buying more, but as it is, I'm not even going to try. I'm uninstalling it.

It does not transcribe into Afrikaans but rather in Dutch. Not worth the effort and money.
