★★★★★ Simple app that allows you to record and transcribe meetings. The web app is a real time saver if you are looking for an accurate transcription tool to transcribe meetings or interviews.

★★★★★ I made a mistake and used the wrong email to register, then after paying for a transcription I'm unable to export without verifying the email which I don't have access to and can't change the email to the correct one either. How do I get around this?

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't do anything. It's not an app that dies nothing. First it won't upload your video, secondly it won't allow you to search for the file you want to transcribe. It is just a one-page app that doesn't go beyond the first page that says upload your file.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible. Kept saying that a file with that name already existed on EVERY thing I tried to transcribe. Even if I triple checked and then actually changed the files name. Monumental waste of time.
