Works mostly as intended. Would've been nice if it told me that it signed me out while I was still in Wi-Fi, so I could sign back in to get access to my passes before boarding a bus.

The app is really useful, but it's still really janky. You can only add a credit card when you make a purchase, and there's no functionality to change the email address associated with the account. For my university bus pass, I need to have an account with my university email. I had already set it up with another email address, so I had to create a second account for my U-PASS for no good reason.

App icon changes after installation. The icon on Google Play looks nice, but the installed icon is ugly.

Credit only fares app and admission service vehicles in operation will not accept cash or Transit Go pass. If you're in need transit and don't have credit and are expecting Transit passes to be phased out and not accepting cash tender fare expect to be turned away because some routes retroactively run cash tender fare and will firmly refuse board even if you're on mandate appearance. Trashy and inconsistent infrastructure

If you lose access to whatever email you used to make the account/purchases tickets then you lose the tickets you paid for. Also, super-duper glitchy app. You all should go back to the standard physical card system instead because at least if that was down people could still get a ride on the bus whether their phone was dead or not. The digital system doesn't even consider those who are on subsidy either which only makes those who are low income feel even worse. Who even asked for this?
