After finally getting ahold of the developer I did access my account and recovered my purchase. However, the listed support email is incorrect. It is missing a letter. That's why the email bounced back.

UPDATE: after their fast communication via email. Everything is working smoothly 😌, the best translator on Wear OS. Hey I have premium license on my galaxy pro 5 connected with galaxy ultra 23, and it has stopped working, it says and "error has occurred while translating" and won't translate anything anymore. It was working up until recent week Can you help me with this? I tried clear cache, uninstalling, and both in my watch and phone won't work. And your contact email doesn't work
