★★★★★ Customer service outstanding. Travel Diaries itself suits me well for keeping travel diary, saving photos & creating maps. Blogging feature a major bonus & is more attractive now that PIN feature added. Haven't yet got to stage of ordering a printed book or a PDF, but confident will go well. In any case, fast response times and courteous, helpful, & relevant answers when I've had questions make me confident that any issues would be resolved well. I don't hesitate to recommend.

★★★★★ Delighted with this app which I used initially on a free trial, for a walking holiday in La Gomera. I always keep a diary, which I update (mostly) daily on my phone. This app meant that whilst I had some downtime during the holiday I was able to start compiling my diary and photos into a travel journal. I hope in time that additional layouts will be made available, as sometimes I felt this constrained how I mixed photos and words, but otherwise I am really delighted with the app!

★★☆☆☆ I want to upgrade but not possible to pay it is giving the same message that change the country again and again. Don't know how to pay please help

★★☆☆☆ Not ready for prime time. UX is marginal, support is slow, not very intuitive (e.g. you have make each chapter public separately?), buggy - text shows, but not pics, hard to skip forward past chapters you've already seen, app and pages slow to load. Can't recommend.

★★☆☆☆ Got started using this two days ago, but now it will not open. I have uninstalled it and will reinstall in the hope it will work, and my data is on the cloud. But it's an awful risk if it happens again, and I lose more data.
