I love the option to put my card on hold. I just used it in the store, put it in my pocket. When I got home, I went to put it in my wallet... No card. No worries, I put my card on hold. Love it

It would be nice if the search function was better when swapping offers. If I need plumbing stuff and I search plumbing the app doesn't find anything. However if I filter by store I can scroll through what is available and pick out the plumbing offers. It also doesn't group similar offers together so if I only have one swap left I have to scroll up and down multiple times to locate what is best for me.

Useless app most of the time. Any time I attempt to log it it just says "Oops, something went wrong" and then the screen freezes. Why is so difficult for them to have a functional basic app????

Nothing but issues with this app since the last update. It takes 6 - 8 times of trying to log in before you actually get in. Then it freezes and takes 5 - 10 min for anything to load. Complete garbage at this point.

Customer service holding / waiting time on phone is more than 1 hrs (disrespectful)to the customer. Even in case of lost of Credit Card.
