★★★★★ Ethical banking with easy to use app and helpful staff at the of the phone if required.

★★★★★ Bak is fantastic, cannot recommend it enough. App is fine but could use some minor UX improvements. For instance showing the account type on the Overview screen since otherwise my accounts all look the same. And direct debits in don't show up immediately as Pending which most banks do.

★★★★★ I feel content knowing that this bank invests in social projects, environmental projects & small businesses. I simply won't use any bank that invests in destructive sectors such as weaponry & oil. Trio dos are completely transparent & I haven't a bad word to say about them.

★★☆☆☆ Not very good, clunky, could learn a few things from other banking apps. Some features are not even available on the mobile app so not even comprehensive.

★★☆☆☆ I broke my phone and have been trying to gain access to my existing account with this app on my new phone. The system needs to take a video of my face but reports an error every time I try. So far, no help from Trio dos which is incredibly disappointing, and I can't access my account. Very poor.

★★☆☆☆ The only thing going for this bank is its ethical policies. In other respects it falls short of what other banks offer - the latest being its withdrawal of all overdraft facilities for all of its account holders. Best avoided for a main bank account.
