★★☆☆☆ Cannot link card. Kept indicating pls confirm the card expiration date

★★☆☆☆ Reading the passport NFC chip hangs at 30 %, and "basic registration" (without reading the NFC chip) asks you to let it read the NFC chip anyway, so it's exactly the same process... Until this is fixed, the app is completely useless.

★★☆☆☆ Reached the passport scanning stage and tried to press my phone against the passport from multiple angles. The scanning reached 30% followed by a passport scan error. Please fix this issue.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to register passport as face recognition repeatedly failed due to invalid file format.
