Ok app. Now under the new owner (troostwijk), it has lost from the features. But even so, light years away compared to the troostwijk app. I hope Troostswijk will actually take over this app for further development...🤞

Not getting any notifications when someone places a higher bid. If an auction is about to close also no notification to alert you about what is happening. Thought may be some settings changed, but there are no options or settings to change. Also, when scrolling through auctions the app can be real buggy sometimes.

Troostwijk just take your money, and they don't care what happens between buyer and seller. Avoid at all costs, if the seller wants to scam you this auctioneer will not help you, the only job they do is invoice you. It is a terrible company, I can't explain how these scammers are allowed to exist in Europe

My initial experience with BVA wasn't positive, but this changed over time and I became a regular on many auctions. Now the app has a different name and I my past auction information is gone. This would still be OK but now new auction coverage not really for me. Hope this gets better.
