★★★★★ I have taken truck from this app for several times. Experience was good. But authority may look forward for few improvements like vehicle number doesn't match with the drivers sometime. As some of the owners have multiple vehicles. So there must be options for allocating appropriate vehicles with the specific driver. And it must be shown in the app finally.

★★☆☆☆ Worst service ever. Truck driver refused to take the trip even after 1 hour of scheduled time. The company somehow arranged a truck which was not applicable for promo code previously applied. The company charged higher than expection without any sort of apology. Rather they are so much unprofessional. Think twice before relying on them.

★★☆☆☆ I have booked a truck for home shifting. The driver was extremely unprofessional. Did not arrive on time. I wanted 4 labors from him even though I had very few furniture. I pre-booked the truck and had the payment amount fixed with the driver. On the night before shift, the driver called and suddenly demanded more money for labors and said won't be able to provide labors if we didn't agree to that amount. Horrible experience and will not use this service again.

★★☆☆☆ I ordered for 16 feet 7.5 ton truck. The driver sent 14 feet 3.5 ton truck. When I tried to reach them their hotline was busy for several times.
