★★☆☆☆ After the most recent update, the app takes absolutely forever to load while sometimes it just closes out of the app. The layout of the new version is a bit more confusing, but that's not too bad I guess. Often it also says that my mobile isn't linked to a true or dtac number, even though that's not the case... I can't pay bill on time!!!

★★☆☆☆ After a recent update I am unable to access my True Online (home internet) payment information. I only see my prepaid DTAC info.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely useless now. I'm overseas had no problem paying my mobile bill, now I cannot access or pay my bill. This app is now USELESS. Cannot pay your bill!!!!!! It is so useless when I finally got to somewhere I might be able to pay my bill says, cannot do for business numbers!!!!!!!!! My number has always for 14 years been a PERSONAL number! NEVER a business number. True! I used to think you were great. This is ridiculous
