Trying to install True Lane and I keep getting Houston we have a problem '" I followed all day instruction. Hopefully I will be able to change this feedback when finally goes through.UPDATE!! "2025". I was able to install successfully back in 2023... Works great except for when you send an email about HAVING to accelerate to pass etcetera TRACTOR etc. Response is immediately but repetitive.... Hartford app or Program is good...BUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DRIVE AND for weeks ¿

This app is terrible if you live in Arkansas. I live in a mountain area where several roads have 90-degree turns that go from speed limits of 55 to making a 90-degree turn which requires a speed of 20 miles per hour which requires you to brake. Then it gigs you for braking. When I rode with my daughter she doesn't drive like this old guy but because I'm riding with her, I get penalized. The agent told me when we signed up that the app detects if you were the driver or rider this is not true.

The scoring doesn't make any sense. In the last 90 days (or even 6 months) if I average each trip score the #'s don't match. Also, hard braking results do not seem to make sense; if the phone moves, you get dinged, and the data would indicate that you had to have run into something. There is no way to get bad scores adjusted when things happen that are not driving related.

Worst App Ever. I was away for three months. They text me about my driving and not using the app. Well, I was not driving, car was parked. True Lane needs to work on their technology, point-blank. I am a senior, so I don't drive as much. So my driving is totally limited. If you are rating my insurance cost. I should be paying a much lower premium than what you are charging me. DO BETTER, BECAUSE YOU KNOW BETTER FROM THE REVIEWs😒🙄👎
