★★☆☆☆ Hate this app. I've made payments on time, but it shows payments not made or past due. Not easy to navigate. Had to make several calls to just figure out how to go through the app. Won't let me hook my account up for automatic payments or shows it's set up and won't work. Never had so many issues from any other payment app before. But I don't trust mailing payments and having to pay extra for over phone payment makes me have to use the stupid app.
