★★★★★ This app has more homes and current listings than any I've seen for my area. it has the properties the others don't. By far the best and my choice when looking to move most definitely.

★★★★★ It's hard to see looking at apartments and 1-3's what is a part of the just actual apartment when they throw in other architectural prices and walls to know if that's in the apartment, or it's a next picture that has colors or matches the apartment but is just another hangout spot.

★★☆☆☆ Whoever programmed this has zero idea of how an algorithm is supposed to work. Have 1 saved search only. MINIMUM 3 bedrooms, in only 1 city, but I get DOZENS of notifications constantly for 1-2 bed places in q city 2+ hours away from my search area. None of the realtors/landlords reply to info requests anyway. I'd bet most of the listings are fake at this point, no way anyone official uses this app anymore.

★★☆☆☆ Lists homes for sale not rent! Why is it called rentals! And it consistently fails to find locations by address to search near. Same bugs as when I last used it a year ago that I talked to tech support about.

★★☆☆☆ This app shares 3rd party maps identified with your location throughout Google even if you turn off or disabled Google Maps. Really bad secured privacy issues! Minus 5-star rating for Trulia!
