Since the last time I had issues with Rideshare it has greatly improved. Drivers nearby accept rides unlike before. My only current ask is that the 'requesting a ride' in advance is also accepted in advance like it was prior. When I requested a ride a day in advance it was only accepted about a half hour before my appointment, which is cutting it close should, I have to make other arrangements for a ride. Other than that I'm quite satisfied using this service.

I have been trying for hours to get An OTP in order to register on TTRS and for some reason I cannot... not by phone call, not by text. Please Fix it. Thank you. I rate your service 5 stars. Because I had the app on another phone. But now I'm changing phones and I can't get that app again, so please fix it. . Update: TTRS contacted me after this review, I had to contact their support chat and submit some I'd pics, then I got the OTP! . The process needs reviewing.

The drivers are extremely slow, and they take the longest route to make more money. The app gives you a range before you accept the ride, but the actual price paid is 5x that. I've done at least 6 rides with this app in the last month and that has been my consistent experience. It is very disappointing.

-5 STARS - VERY FISHY I tried installing this app. An OPT (Confirmation code) text or call was never sent to me, so I went online and connected vía chat. The agent told me that in order for me to receive an OTP she needed a selfie of me holding my picture ID (?) her reason was "they are interested privacy protection". If they are so interested in privacy protection why are they asking to send a copy of ID with your info to a perfect stranger? Be careful ppl!
