★★★★★ Info detail is extremely specific, make sure you fill fields with exact information. Otherwise, easy to use and navigate.

★★☆☆☆ This is an app whose sole function is to display the dialog: "Error" with one button: "OK". That's all it does. Well done, TEP. You trolled us all! I downloaded the app because the outage map website doesn't work on Chrome or Firefox.

★★☆☆☆ Buggy but gets the job done. For example, if I try to turn on a PIN for my account, it asks to confirm my login and password. But there is no text field for the login... Literally no matter where I click it doesn't allow me to enter anything.

★★☆☆☆ The app is a joke. Fingerprint logins don't work, copy and paste into password field is blocked (WHY!?) and even when you're able to log in, I hope you weren't expecting to see anything useful. (rates, statements, service requests or outage status)
