The service itself is top-notch—clothes come back perfectly cleaned, well-folded, and neatly packed. The dry cleaning quality is excellent, and delicate fabrics are handled with care. I also appreciate the transparency in pricing.

★★☆☆☆ WORST SERVICE. NO PROFESSIONALISM. UNTRUSTWORTHY. ZERO STAR. I have been scheduling my pickup request for past 4 days. The rider calls that I am coming to collect but no one comes. Customer care executive tells that I wii get your clothes picked up today itself, but it doesn't happen. Please don't fall for their words and look for alternatives. Despite slots of pickup, 72 hrs delivery, they do nothing. And even after multiple complaints, nothing happens.

★★☆☆☆ Worst Experience, I have given quilt comfort for wash, and they charged me about 600 rupees. They bring it back after 4 days with same old condition, they didn't dry wash and simply returned. No proper iron to pants. Don't waste your money guys. It's total waste, trust me 1st order they make it very polite and on time and 2nd order onwards you will see a horrible service. Please save your money don't go to this. My suggestion Please close the Tumble dry because you guys can't do your job correctly.
