The prompt service and even the food they serve on short flights is absolutely amazing. You get more than you pay for..... Will always be using you from now on.... ❤️❤️❤️

★★★★★ I flew 23 April 2023 MNL-IST TK0085 and 24 April IST-ATH TK9191 I fly with many companies to MANILA, always BOARDING CARDS to final destination, they provide me ONLY the Boarding Card MNL-IST saying the Boarding Card lST-ATH will be edited in Istanbul. Arriving ISTANBUL counter informed me than flight is full !! After protesting more than one hour than I have reservation and PAID seat reserved and luggage register directly to Athens they gave me boarding card, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

★★☆☆☆ Return flights require same information than outbounds: passport number, issue country, validity, nationality and country of residence. Most of this data does not change in between the flights, should at least be prefilled.

★★☆☆☆ Worst customer service ever they don't understand anything they keep you on mute for no reason and when you ask for a manager they turn to be very rude Grafana is one of the most rude customer service agents I have ever met in my entire life very very rude, and she only has robotic answers after keeping me on mute for almost 20 minutes Fix your customer service fix them or hire normal people
