Not fair to pay a yearly rate, forget once the phone home and having to pay after 5 chf "bearbeitungsgebühr" just because the bus ticket controller cannot check on his/ her device if my UAB is valid. I had a physical UAB card with picture, name, contract number, but they say is not valid because" people do tricks". We are in 2024, the employee who check the bus tickets should be able to find out if someone has a valid abo even if they do not have the phone with them.

The app would recognize my old green card abo but would not allow me to load a new abo under my old account. Had to make a new one. Not an issue but it begs the question of why there's an option to choose one's old abo card...?

Can't renew UAB since January 2025, all of my friends encounter the same problem. Open source the app, and we fix it for you :)

It doesn't work at all. It says information was added successful and then nothing happens no abo appears in the app.........
