The customer service blamed me for the situation as they insisted that I cancelled the appointment, but no cancellation is appearing neither in my profile nor in my mailbox. The app isn't working correctly, and I'll never use it again.

★★☆☆☆ Unsupported app. Why is it still on Play Store? And which is the new one they advise to install? No direct connection suggested either...
