Uber Eats: Food Delivery

★★☆☆☆ On Monday I scheduled a delivery through a promotion on Uber Eats, with my total order costing about €11. It was set to arrive on Friday. When Friday came, the delivery arrived, but one of the items was incorrect, and I paid €23 instead of the €11. I contacted customer service, but they said that since it had been 48h since I placed the order, they couldn’t help me. This doesn’t make sense because the order was scheduled, and I could only report an issue after receiving it, which was on Friday.

★★☆☆☆ Money hungry unhelpful. How does add item to order mean make an entirely new order with more fees? Why can't I cancel an order less than a minute after I make it? Why is it almost impossible to get a refund when fast food places mess up your order? Uber cares more about $4 here and there than the customer experience
