My Chart= hunk of junk. Mary Shelley wrote the real novel Frankenstein over a weekend on a bet, about a monster stitched together in a laboratory by crazy scientists. My Chart also = Frankenstein, bits and pieces of other apps out there stitched together. Hard to use, nearly impossible to log in as you can't see what you're typing (just a series of dots), forced to nose bleed of new password. Messages from retired docs & nonexistent appointments!. Crazy 😮 from whom did you buy this thing???

Hate... I can't find anything. Where's meds and visit summaries? Too complicated to send messages or refill scripts. I liked my health better.

When I try to schedule appointments or check-ups with my normal doctors, it asks me a bunch of questions that it seems to disqualify me from seeing my normal doctors. Even went so far as to tell me I couldn't schedule because I had to schedule an appointment" with the physician that performed my surgery" which is what I was trying to do??? Easier to just call.
