★★★★★ I gave it 5 stars, so this review could be at the top. This is by far the worst payroll app I've ever been forced to use. It is not user-friendly and overly complicated. It will randomly lock you out, and it will not show any vacation or PTO. Having to change passwords so often is stupid, I could go on and on, bottom line, it doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ I really, really, really hate using UKG. You will never remember your password with ukg pro. It's the number one complaint everyone a work talk about but there is many more with the problem with the app.

★★☆☆☆ App requires you to change your password too often, which is highly unnecessary when there is 2-factor authentication and a text message/call option that sends you a code. The text/call message has stopped functioning on my device for 3 weeks I have not been able to log in, I have reset my password, contacted my managers and HR, the app is just terrible. The app does not function well or consistently. I have reset my password 20 times, updated app, deleted and reinstalled, contacted HR.

★★☆☆☆ App needs password change way too often. It doesn't load have the time. It's the worst app for a company to use.
