I started using the banking app during the pandemic to avoid using ATM's and entering buildings unnecessarily. It makes life so much easier. I used to get up early on Saturdays to drive to the bank and take care of all my weeks business. Now I can take care of everything I need anytime ...24 hours a day. I love sleeping in on Saturdays!

Can't log into my HSA account. Even tho the other UMB app says to use THIS app to log into UMB HSA. Junk.

App is usually pretty good but lately when I try to transfer money from one account to another it will not let me because under select account it just says select account but won't list my accounts to select from.

Worst banking app I have ever experienced. It's a terrible reflection on your entire organization that you do not spend the money to get your app upgraded and as proof I suggest you visit Wells Fargo and look at their app it makes yours pathetic and if you don't believe that then check out the Capital One and Bank of America app and that is the one primary reason I'm going to close my account UMB in the future. Your app is extremely user unfriendly exclamation point.
