★★☆☆☆ It might be great, but I never got past the sign-up phase... It makes you choose if you're a "parent/caregiver," "educator" or "here for me." ADHD and other types of neurodiversity are extremely heritable, so chances are at least 50% of parents would fit into at least 2 of those categories. Then it asks what grade your kid is in. I have more than one kid, but there's no option for that! I guess I would need 4 different devices to download the app on? Maybe I'm missing something but I gave up.

★★☆☆☆ This app used to have experts along with lessons and resources and was amazing. Now, it's basically a behavior tracker using the ABC method. I find the options for Antecedent Behavior and Consequence too general and limited to be very helpful. The 4 courses to prevent meltdowns were helpful, but I'm ready for more. The understood website has a lot more resources, and apparently, you can join their Facebook page for expert advice. Great organization, but the app isn't worth the space for me.
