★★★★★ I heard many rumors that United Health Care was not a good choice. However, I still chose to signed up with them. I do not regret it for even a moment. When I call UHC for information, they are there to help me find the answers. If I have a concern, they listen. I am more than happy with their coverage plan. I am on plan 2, which has a very minimal monthly fee. I chose plan two over the free, no monthly fee plan others may prefer the no fee. AARP United Health care, You rock!!

★★★★★ So far this app has been extremely helpful for providing resources and information explaining what your plan covers and doesn't cover. You can also earn rewards. If for some reason I'm needing to call customer service, the advocate I speak with is ALWAYS respectful, polite, and very helpful with ALL my questions and needs EVERY TIME. This is by far the BEST HEALTH INSURANCE I'VE EVER HAD. The extra benefits I receive each month getting food, medical supplies and equipment, utilities.

★★☆☆☆ Login impossible with the VPN active. Losing out on using the monthly credit since last year due to ABSENT NOTIFICATIONS, CUSTOMER (NO)SERVICE & APP FAILURE regarding the UCARD HUB. AGAIN end of month & CANNOT USE to shop online etc. b/c app Stalls out & does NOTHING but GRAY OUT. AMAZON not covered OTC? IMPOSSIBLE CATCH22 for home bound disabled user, THAT Won't ALLOW ONLINE shopping otc. HAVE kept updated, have restarted, uninstalled, & reinstalled.

★★☆☆☆ won't let you log in with VPN on The app won't let you log in with a VPN turned on. Once you disconnect from VPN it works. Allow connections with VPN please. Don't respond with 'we are doing this for safety of our users'.
