How asinine is it that the, "Help" section of the app is useless. It claims simply contact them for help. Yet their number or a contact us link to DIAL directly from our devices isn't there. But the APP does work. If the rebook button is greyed out, it means that isn't available yet. Just check back later. Yesterday the button was gray, and I could not click on it. This morning it turned black, and I was able to click to reschedule the package. Their 1-800 confirmed it was set as resend correctly.

So far I like it, just downloaded it. It allows putting special delivery options: call before coming, which I wanted. This is where you find where they take a picture of the delivery by your door for evidence, good if you have hall cams-not sure if time and date is stamped.

I can't even get past the first screen, refuses to send the verification text. Waste of time

- Doesn't give an option to delete tracking numbers once delivered. - Doesn't let us put a description for ourselves in the ap to keep track of what package is what. - no options at all to pick up from like Canada post does to keep packages safe. - as for delivery persons, package gets left for everyone walking by to see, right in front of my door. Not off to the side a bit where it would be hidden a bit.

Got an email that said my package wasn't able to be delivered, so I looked as far into it as I could. They sent my package to a pickup location I can't get to, and now I can't schedule a second delivery because I didn't give wish my phone number? Can't even find an email address to contact them directly. Guess it's all going back when they realize that I have no way to get my package and no way to tell them that. What's the point of having an app if it doesn't do anything?
