App works OK. Company is worse than worthless for insurance protection. Let's say "buyer beware" is the starting point for evaluating their policies. Do not trust UP CIC to do anything for you.

The app will not accept my profile in order to add a new policy. There is no "Contact Us" tab.

App doesn't update. Claim status on website and app do not match. Still showing a payment reminder from 2 months ago even though I have archived to it several times. Reinstall fixed nothing

Will not let me create a password. Must have at least one upper case (check), one lower case (check), digit (check) and special character (check), plus be at least 8 characters long (check). I more than complied with their requirements. Just will not allow me to create an account.
