★★☆☆☆ Really bad experience with AC repairing, May 24 month I have used AC gas reparing service from urban & received six-month warranty however within a 3 month again same issue received & same has fixed by urban under warranty & again afte 3 months faced same issue & I have again locked request for reparing under warranty and technician has fix that issue on 15th Oct 24 around 7 pm and that time its works fine, but after few hours again started same issue but now company not taking responsibility.

★★☆☆☆ Got gas stove cleaned, during cleaning the guy broke a nozzle. I still paid for the nozzle Rs250. His chemical also damages the pipe so I changed that myself. During that I noticed a leak in the new nozzle, so I booked a revisit he changed the nozzle again but didn't wait for me to verify the work. After my meeting I checked, replacement nozzle was leaking as well. So I called UC and instead of providing me warrant cover only option they gave was refund. So that's how warranty works with UC
