I received this guitar as a gift and attempted to register it through the app, my serial number is "invalid". I thought no problem I'll email support, and hopefully it gets resolved, all my emails bounce, and to my knowledge no other way to contact for support.

Never played a day in my life. Picked up some great hints and lesson it's nice to learn but as you go along with the lessons it sometimes freezes. Also, it won't pick up any sound at times. Other than the app is very cool, and I will try to continue. Can you help fix the freeze and sound issue
