Try getting your details removed from their system when you move home. 2 years on, 20+ requests for my personal information to be removed, and they still send me emails on a regular basis telling me I have mail delivered to an address I moved out of 2 years ago. Surely this goes against GDPR? Very poor.

On one occasion I didn't get an access code/notification for a parcel. The locker kept the box as available for other deliveries making it very difficult to find the parcel and allowing anyone who happened to open that locker to take my parcel. On 2 occasions where I did get a notification, opening the locker with the app failed, and the app then claimed I had already collected the parcel when the box never opened. In addition, delivery drivers keep posting parcels under the wrong flat numbers.
