Absolutely terrible app. I received a quote from a vetted contractor on the app who then asked for an e-transfer. I emailed uship and asked if this was normal and ok to do which they responded it was fine. After sending the e-transfer I get an email from uship that the account was fake, and now they refuse to reimburse me.

4/25/2023 UPDATE App still isn't fixed, Pathetic. Cannot set pickup or drop off location. Screen states "Start typing your pickup location" Choices are My Location or Anywhere. If I click My Location is does nothing. If I click Anywhere it takes me back to the main screen. I can't search for loads in a specific area I am forced to look through all loads which is impossible. Went to the help section and it was totally useless. Worthless waste of time app. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

While considerably less functionality than website, has same flaws. No ability to save progress on shipment while creating it, and if you leave the screen for a second to look up silly things like the destination zip code, everything is gone! So much as looking at a shipment out for bid can cancel bids received. Hate it.
