★★★★★ This app has stopped connecting to my home Wi-Fi suddenly and I can't get it to connect. Upd-7/oct/24: I just remembered I blacklist one device from my Wi-Fi setting. Turnout to be my door digital lock. After removing for black list, it is able to connect to my Wi-Fi. Working as expected now.

★★★★★ Can link with china devices but cannot link to Google Home or Mi Home. USmart Go do not appear in both Google Home and Mi Home.

★★★★★ Not developed by user experience. Many steps have to be consulted with the manual.

★★☆☆☆ App has only limited functionality. Can't lock door. Can't unlock door unless the bell is rung. Can't generate temporary password. Hope major upgrades are coming.

★★☆☆☆ Extremely slow app, takes around 2-4 min at least to navigate and unlock door lock, in that too it will show page load failed error, you need to keep refreshing for it to work

★★☆☆☆ Having model K9 connected to Wi-Fi with this app. Not much of functions, just notification history of 30 days. Remote unlocked require visitor to enter "00#" form the lock digital panel to trigger an unlock request to app and owner can permit or unlocked the requested. App not working with any home assistant such as google home, alexa, Tiamat....
