★★★★★ USmart app is easy to use, and the user interface is well-designed, trading speed is also quite fast.

★★★★★ Overall pretty good. But we need English version for desktop on next update. And also we can't use app and desktop together at same time as Futu. Please fix it, or I'll move back to some other platform.

★★☆☆☆ It advertised for commission free for us stocks, but what it really does is to rename commission as "platform fee". Do you think we are stupid and fall into the false advertisement?

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely disastrous. I tried to open an account, but the app just wouldn't allow me to upload a photo of my passport. I tried speaking with the Customer Service team, but the chat box kept having connectivity issues. With such poor cyber system, I guess I'll be taking my business to another online trading platform them.

★★☆☆☆ System error during market hour. 1 star. No doubt
