★★★★★ I have been banking with Utah First since 1959... I wouldn't move to any other Credit Union for anything. They are helpful, and always professional. If you want helpful, professional and a friendly staff, go to Utah First Credit Union. Their wonderful.

★★☆☆☆ Utah first is by far the worst bank I've ever had, they allow the marchent to take money out of the account, so you go into an over draft when there's no money to take. This shouldn't even be happening with these guys. Stay away from this bank and go to a bank that gives you protection on your account

★★☆☆☆ Lots of inconvenient changes. Bill pay rigmarole is ridiculous. DON'T default to today's payment date. Or, make payment date set instantly accessible. Clicking through multiple times to get there is asinine.

★★☆☆☆ After the latest update I can no longer log in. I enter my passcode or fingerprint and the screen freezes.
