★★☆☆☆ This app will not recognize my email as valid, so it is unusable to me. I have to use the website or call now.

★★☆☆☆ To start with, V's barbershop is a wonderful company that is consistent across all its locations. The original app worked just fine. This new app is an absolute mess. It is far less intuitive than the original app. Most importantly, it does an abysmal job in scheduling appointments. After you schedule an appointment, it does not show it on the future appointments tab. Ever. There now is no option to include family member names when making multiple appointments. Will lose business over this.
